(1) I started with a gold foil pot cover. And purchased a small evergreen wreath for the base.
(2) Then I bought some round Styrofoam inserts to represent the pot and placed them down inside the gold foil. After the Styrofoam was in the foil, I pushed it down into the center of the wreath. *Work with your own desired size for wreath and inserts.
(3) I'll be using artificial moss to camouflage the Styrofoam.

(4) With the Styrofoam discs in place to represent the pot, I then added moss to cover the top and disguise the Styrofoam.
(5) I found some beautiful artificial poinsettia flowers that were edged in red glitter. It really enhanced the flowers with a glow.
(6) They were singular-stemmed poinsettias.

(7) I started with my first poinsettia being the tallest for the center. And added three more to surround it.
(8) Next... some tall sprigs of evergreen and berries to add additional height and intertest to the sides.
(9) Now all the upper foliage was added, but the center needs some filler.

(10) I purchased some flexible evergreen branches.
(11) These branches of evergreen fill in the center of the arrangement and disguise the stems.
(12) We are coming along now - we have some interesting height and fullness.

(13) I added a large glitter red bow to the front of the centerpiece. I purchased this as is and inserted it into the front of the pot. It's quite an eye-catching centerpiece now, with a splash of traditional holiday colors.
(14) I used the finished arrangement as a centerpiece for our entrance way. But, this could be displayed just about anywhere for some holiday glow... from a table centerpiece to a mantle display.
